The Experience IS 600 CONCEPT heat shrink packaging machine, designed for fully automatic packaging, is a three-belt machine, suitable for types of products ranging from the food, technical and/or cosmetic sectors. The product flow is in line and the packaging cycle is controlled by product reading sensors to facilitate both manual and automatic loading. The products are wrapped in the center-fold of the film which is then sealed on the three remaining sides. The transversal sealing bar is pneumatically operated and follows an intermittent movement. Side welding works with a system that ensures the integrity of the welding and always keeps the welding part clean. The product format change does not require any rotation of the wheels, instead it occurs with automatic adjustments from the touch screen and manual adjustments via belt guide. It is suitable for medium/high production and reaches a performance of 4000 packs per hour.
